Note: Any RUTGON user engaging in the distribution of SPAM or malicious activities will have their account or service terminated without prior notice and will not be eligible for any form of refund.

1. Cancellation

2. Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscription

  • Refunds are guaranteed within 7 days from the start of the subscription (payment date).
  • No refunds will be provided after 7 days from the subscription start date.
  • Your data will be permanently deleted upon successful refund.
  • Refund processing time: 1-3 business days.

2.2 Annual Subscription

  • Refunds are calculated pro-rata based on the number of months used, applying the standard monthly rate. No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • Your data will be retained after the refund.
  • Refund processing time: 2-5 business days.

For the Premium Plan priced at VND 199,000/month or VND 1,799,000/year, if you use the annual plan for 6 months, the refund amount is calculated as follows:

3. Plan Upgrades

You may upgrade your plan using one of the following options:

3.1 Pay the price difference (no change to subscription duration)

  • Applicable within 7 days from the initial subscription start date.
  • After 7 days, paying the price difference or extending the subscription duration is not applicable.
  • Payment amount = New plan price - Original plan price.
  • Subscription duration remains the same as the original plan.

3.2 Pay the full price of the new plan

  • The new plan’s duration starts from the upgrade date.
  • The full price of the new plan applies.

4. Policy Updates

We may periodically update this policy to reflect changes in our services or industry standards. By using RUTGON’s services, you agree to be bound by the current version of this policy.
